Why we get results?
Are you living in Yeadon, Guiseley, Rawdon, Ilkley, Bradford or the surrounding Leeds area and have had treatment in the past with temporary results or even no results at all? Maybe you’ve tried different types of treatment such as Physiotherapy, Chiropractor, Osteopathy or Sports Therapy and each has had its own partial success but not left you pain free.
At SP Sports massage therapy we see you differently. Our method is centered around the latest research into Fascia which is well established in the USA and recognised as the missing link in pain treatment. We combine theories and hands on techniques from multiple disciplines; such as myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage therapy to help get you pain free. We look at our client’s structural alignment, and listen to the description of the issue to analyse where pain initiates. We will then look at the body holistically and focus on treating the causes not the symptoms, using all our acquired knowledge to resolve the presenting condition and get you pain free.

All sessions are personalised to suit the individual and may incorporate a variety of techniques to ensure that you get the very most from each of our sessions
A well-executed sports massage is far from the pamper session that you would experience at a spa. It will most likely be uncomfortable, quite possibly painful, but most importantly, it will be effective and efficient.
Designed in its entirety for the physically active, a sports massage incorporates techniques from other massage styles to become an entity that works to provide a deep and rehabilitating process that manipulates the soft tissue to prevent injury, alleviate muscle or tendon pain and rid the soft tissue of any stress being held.
Perform daily activities with less pain.
Pioneered in America and recognised as the missing link in modern healthcare, Myofascial Release is a very advance form of body work.
